The City of San Diego (City) is requesting proposals from highly qualified construction management firms for consultant services for As-Needed Construction Management Services (H084402).
It is the policy of the City to provide equal opportunity in its construction management professional services contracts. Summary Scope of Services
The facilities for which services may be needed include, but are not limited to, Water and Wastewater Treatment Process Facilities, Buildings, Bridges, Pipeline Infrastructure and Site Work. As work loads fluctuate in construction of new facilities and modifications to existing facilities, staffing requirements also change. It is the intent of E&CP Field Engineering (FE) to hire a single consultant team to provide Construction Management, Materials Testing and Surveying services on an as-needed basis to supplement E&CP FE own staff. Work would be assigned via task order as determined by E&CP FE staff on a project specific basis consisting of a mutually agreed scope of work.
