1998 marks the anniversaries of two significant events in America's history. The first was the 150 year Anniversary of the Treaty of Guadalupe and the Mexican-American War, which La Prensa San Diego brought to it's readers last week. And, the 100 year anniversary of the Spanish-American War which coincides with Cuban Revolution for freedom from the Spanish.
In celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month La Prensa San Diego, with the help of the Department of the Navy -- Naval Historical Center and Small Planet Communications (an educational resource center) celebrates the contributions and impact of Cuba and the Spanish-American War.To continue, click on the link.
