PROP 5: Voters 60 and over gave Prop 5 the biggest support of all. Hot dog them old geezers sure like to gamble. UFW /DOLORES HUERTA a little upset with Rachel Ortiz selling out to the Indios, UFW opposed Prop 5 as did all the UNIONS. Where does this leave Rachel and the Ybar-ras?
Rey Monzon, Filipino Mestizo, unknown, with no political experience, and no war chest or Union support, still managed to get 37% of the vote. El Jefito only media that threw his support to him. It was a question of character compared to the other candidate.
Nine percent of the voters didn't give a hoot over the Monica-Clinton porno show… Seems the only ones that got titillated by it were the Republican "Horny Toads." Get a home life guys.
Raza supported Davies 77% to 19%, Black supported him by 82%-13%, and Filipinos-Asians went for him 66% -31%. (There's our power block gente... Go get it!)
