Pues it sure looks like District Attorney Pfingst will go to any lengths to toddy up to the entrenched Republican power brokers. It's open season on Blacks, Chicanos, Grand Juries, Filipinos, Asians, the poor and working types. The city treasury is an open trough to all takers, and the NERDS in control can do no wrong. The State Attorney General should remove this poor excuse for a lawyer. What's it going to take for the A.G. Lockyer to do his elective duty?
KUDDOS to former Mayor Maureen O'Connor for finally standing up to the Mayor, and the City nincompoops, at the community hearing called for by SDPD Chief Bejarano, on the DuBose murder. O'Connor sharply criticized the officeholders i.e. the Mayor, City Council persons, for not attending the public session on the DuBose murder. "You have to talk with the Black community. They don't trust the Cops." She knows… "Of course you have to read about the meeting in the Los Angeles Times… Our Republican media didn't have a word to say and the Union somehow didn't have space to cover the issue!
Thunder Thigh's has finally admitted what La Prensa tried to tell her a year ago "that the Charger Ticket buy out would bankrupt the city! The bad news… probably by this weekend, the Chargers will have cost the city the last 5 million dollars left in the emergency reserve!!! Hope Mr. Spanos is happy. Now you understand why the knuckle heads running this city had to sell out to Pepsi Cola Corporation! If the Mayor and Council don't come up with a quick infusion of cash… look out for the TAX MAN TO COME!

Poway Unified sent a message to Sweetwater Union High District. They tried sneaking a school bond issue across in this weeks election. The stealth campaign failed and they lost. The message: The people don't believe you any more! They want to know what your $150,000 per year administrators have been doing with all the funds provided for maintenance, repair and new schools?
...Ditto in the Los Angeles Basin. Three out of four school bond issues were defeated! Dinero and more dinero has not produced educated youngsters… Just rich administrators and Superintendents!
Remember all those illegal signs that Superintendent Bersin and his cooperative teachers, principals, and administrators put up to push for prop MM (MORE MONEY)… well they're still up and they are still illegal! Poway tried it too. Figured if the Big Boys in the big city can do it we can too! Ha! It didn't work... Courts made them take them down or cover them up! Their stealth campaign didn't work… Of course, Bersin and company taught all our school children a good lesson on HONESTY, TRUTH IN ADVERTISING, INTREGITY, HOW TO CHEAT IN POLITICS AND THAT IT IS OK TO BREAK THE LAW!!!.

Baseball people should know that better than anyone else… The sweetheart deal that Mayor Golding and her city manager aka, now a Padre employee, Jack Mcgrory, and with the concurrence of the council is going to be put on the ballot again! There are some folks out there that just don't like to be taken to the cleaners under the color of their officialdom. They want you the voters to have another say… Now that you have had a chance to see how you have been shafted.
