Supervisor Greg Cox and County Assessor/Recorder/Clerk, Gregory J. Smith, announced that the Chula Vista branch office will relocate from the current site at 344 F Street to the corner of Third Avenue and I Street at the South Bay Regional Center in Chula Vista by the end of May. This move out of leased space into a larger County-owned facility will provide better service to the South Bay residents and allow document recording in the South Bay for the first time.
“Now, residents living south of Interstate 54 have improved access to document recording and other key County services close to home,” said Supervisor Greg Cox. “I am certain that South County residents will appreciate the first class service offered by our Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk.”

marriage licenses and ceremonies
fictitious business names
assessor information and maps
