Davis Honors HOPE with Official Proclamation for Latina
Action Day
Governor Gray Davis recently honored HOPE (Hispanas Organized
for Political Equality) with an official proclamation at the State
Capitol recognizing Latina Action Day. The event, designed to
educate and empower Latinas in the political process, drew more
than 500 Latinas state-wide to this years conference. (From
