The hit weekly fishing program, Sport Fishing with Dan Hernandez has just begun its ninth year on broadcast television. Sport Fishing with Dan Hernandez is the first West Coast fishing program to air across the United States. To celebrate its national debut, Sport Fishing With Dan Hernandez has added a whopping 131 markets to its line up. Starting September 5, 1998, Sport Fishing with Dan Hernandez can now be seen across the U.S. and Canada on Super-station KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles, CA every Saturday at 5:30 AM PST. KTLA's total broadcast reach will exceed over eight million homes including coverage on over 258 cable systems. KTLA is classified by Nielsen as one of only four Superstations. Dan says, "I never dreamed that my show would be seen nationally, I'm very excited to share Southern California's fishing with the rest of the country". San Diego viewers will catch Sport Fishing with Dan Hernandez Saturdays on XETV Channel 6. The new season of Sport Fishing with Dan Hernandez will be focusing on the small boater.
