Raquel Marquez (left) was crowned Miss San Ysidro. Yvette Pedroza is Miss National City. Marquez, a freshman at Southwestern College and Pedroza, a junior at San Diego State University will represent their communities at the Fairest of the Fair competition at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido May 20-21 and could reign as official hostes of the 1999 Del Mar Fair.
